You agree that this agreement and the terms and conditions hereof, including all disclaimers set forth herein, shall inure to the benefit of the editors and their agents, and the contributors to World Journal of Emergency Medicine, as third party beneficiaries hereto, to the same extent that this agreement inures to the benefit of World Journal of Emergency Medicine.
